Terms of Service
This is a template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.
1. What this platform is
Illuminati Memberships is a skill-tiered membership program. Members choose a learning track and skill level, and can complete weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks free of charge on our Free tier, or pick one of three fixed-price paid tiers to unlock the final exam and certificates. Task submissions are reviewed by our admin team, and missing a deadline suspends a membership — starting at 1 day and escalating with repeat occurrences, up to 14 days.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any two-factor authentication device secure, and for all activity under your account. Profile information you provide (track, skill level, job/business, and growth goals) is self-reported and is not independently verified by us.
3. Fees and payment
Membership tiers are priced flat, billed either monthly or yearly at your choice. Depending on what's enabled at the time, payment may be made by card (via Stripe) or by cryptocurrency (via Coinremitter, currently supporting Bitcoin, Litecoin, and USDT). Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain; we do not control network confirmation times or exchange-rate volatility between invoice creation and payment. If you pay by card, you may optionally save that card and enable auto-renewal, which charges it automatically at the end of each billing term to start a new one; you can turn auto-renewal off at any time from your billing page, and if an auto-renewal charge fails, your membership simply expires normally rather than being retried indefinitely. Membership does not renew automatically unless you've explicitly turned auto-renewal on.
4. Tasks, lessons, review, and suspension
Tasks are assigned based on your track and skill level and reviewed by our admin team, whose pass/fail (or request-for-revision) decisions are final. Some tasks include a short lesson and a quiz that must be passed before you can submit — retakes are unlimited. The pace at which tasks are assigned can adapt based on your recent performance (moving faster after a clean streak of passes, or repeating a task after a couple of struggles) without changing the underlying curriculum. Other members in your track may leave advisory feedback and a rating on your open submission; this is visible to you and to admins but never determines the outcome. A missed deadline or a failed review may result in a suspension before you're eligible to rejoin — starting at 1 day for a first occurrence and escalating with repeat occurrences (1, 3, 7, then 14 days). We may adjust the task curriculum, lesson content, review process, or suspension terms at any time.
5. Skill diagnostic
At signup, or any time afterward from your dashboard, you can take an optional short diagnostic quiz for your track, and we'll recommend a starting or updated skill level based on your answers. Applying the recommendation is always your choice — it never happens automatically.
6. Community content
Our community forums and VIP Lounge let members post and reply to one another. You're solely responsible for what you post. We may remove content or suspend posting privileges for violations of these terms, and members may edit or remove their own posts and replies (removed content is marked as such rather than being erased, so other members' replies in the same thread aren't affected). Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
7. Direct messages and the mentor program
Any two active members may message each other directly. Unlike community forums, direct messages are not private-unless-reported: every direct message is visible to our admin team at all times, for moderation purposes. Don't send anything through direct messages you wouldn't want an admin to see. Members with an active membership can apply to be listed in the mentor directory; our admin team reviews and approves who gets listed, but does not review or approve individual conversations between a mentor and the members who message them.
8. AI assistant and desktop agent
The in-app AI assistant is provided to help answer questions about your account, tasks, and the platform. It may make mistakes — don't rely on it for financial, legal, or medical advice. Conversations with the assistant are stored as part of your account data and can be cleared by you at any time from the assistant page. Our top membership tier also includes IM Life Builder, an optional downloadable desktop agent that gives an AI agent real tool access — reading and writing files, running commands — directly on your own computer, scoped to a project folder you choose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving each action it proposes and for anything it does on your machine once you approve it; we are not liable for any loss, damage, or data change resulting from its use. Usage is metered against your tier's monthly quota, and access can be revoked (by you or by us, for violating these terms) at any time.
9. Referral wallet
Referring a new member who activates a paid membership may earn you a wallet credit, which can only be applied toward your own future renewal — it is not real currency, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and has no cash value.
10. Organizations and team plans
An organization owner purchases a block of seats at a single membership tier and can invite others to join as seat members, subject to the seat count purchased. Seat members get that tier's full curriculum and perks for as long as the organization's own billing stays active; removing a seat member or letting the organization's billing lapse ends their access. The organization owner is responsible for the organization's billing and for who they invite.
11. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleting your account anonymizes your personal details (name, email, password) rather than erasing your history entirely — forum posts and replies you've made stay visible to other members, attributed to "Deleted user," since removing them could also remove other members' replies in the same thread. See our Privacy Policy for what account deletion does and doesn't remove.
12. Cancellation and refunds
You choose whether and when to renew, unless you've explicitly turned on auto-renewal (see section 3), in which case you can turn it off at any time from your billing page to stop future charges. Simply not renewing (or turning off auto-renewal before your next term) ends your membership at the end of its paid term. You can also delete your account entirely, at any time, from Account Settings. Because task review, curriculum access, and community access are delivered continuously throughout your membership term, payments are non-refundable once a membership is activated, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in the case of a documented billing error.
13. Investor introductions
Investor visibility is an opt-in list, not a marketplace: members choose whether to appear on it. Investor accounts are manually reviewed and approved by our admin team before they can see the list. An introduction request is reviewed by an admin, who may, at their discretion, manually forward contact details outside the app. We do not broker, negotiate, guarantee, or take any fee on an introduction or its outcome. Any resulting conversation, agreement, or investment is strictly between the member and the investor; we assume no liability for it and make no representation about either party's suitability, intentions, or ability to perform.
14. Administrative account access
For legitimate support, moderation, or security purposes, an authorized admin may temporarily view the platform as your account would see it. Every such access is logged in an internal audit trail. Admins do not use this to post, submit tasks, or make payments as you outside of directly assisting with a support request you've raised.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, including abusive behavior toward other members or staff, attempts to circumvent the platform's security controls, or fraudulent payment activity.
16. Disclaimers
This platform is provided "as is." Completing tasks and reaching higher membership tiers reflects engagement with our curriculum, not a guarantee of any particular financial, professional, or educational outcome. We are not a registered investment adviser, and nothing on this platform is investment advice.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
