Is this a scam, or connected to “the Illuminati”?
No. Illuminati Memberships has no connection to any secret society, conspiracy, or religious or political movement. We use the word “Illuminati” only as a metaphor for enlightenment through learning — the same way plenty of companies use a name that's meant to be inspiring rather than literal. We don't promise wealth, secret knowledge, or influence, and completing tasks or reaching a higher tier is never framed as a guarantee of any outcome. If anything on this site ever reads like a get-rich-quick pitch, that's a mistake in our copy, not our intent — tell us and we'll fix it.
Is this multi-level marketing (MLM) or a pyramid scheme?
No. Referring a new member who activates a paid membership earns you a single, one-time wallet credit toward your own future renewal — never a percentage of what your referral pays, and never a cut of who they go on to refer. There's no recruitment commission chain, no rank system, and the credit can't be withdrawn or cashed out as real money. See our Terms of Service, section 9, for the exact rule.
How does pricing actually work?
Every lesson, quiz, and practice feature is free — no account limits. Beyond that, three fixed-price paid tiers, billed monthly or yearly, unlock the final exam and certificates plus real extras (a larger AI assistant quota, priority task review, the VIP Lounge, and our top tier's optional desktop agent) — see the full breakdown on our Pricing page. The core curriculum, task structure, and accountability model is the same for every member; higher pricing isn't gatekeeping the actual education. Running a team? You can also buy a block of seats at one tier instead of billing each person separately.

Curriculum content is written and maintained by our team and revised over time based on member outcomes and completion data. Some tasks include a short lesson and a required quiz (unlimited retakes) before you can submit. Submissions are reviewed by our internal admin team against the instructions published on each task, and that review — pass, fail, or a request for revision — is what actually decides your progress. Other members in your track can leave advisory feedback and a rating on open submissions too, but that's supplementary only; it never decides the outcome. An optional AI layer only rewrites a task's wording to fit your stated job and goals — it never grades your work.
How do you decide my starting skill level?
You can pick it yourself at signup, or take a short, optional diagnostic quiz per track and we'll recommend a starting level based on your answers. You can retake it any time from your dashboard if you think your level should change. Once you're in the curriculum, the pace itself adapts a little too — several clean passes in a row can skip you ahead, and a couple of tasks you struggled with in a row will get reinforced with a repeat before moving on.
Can I see what the tasks actually look like before I join?

You can stop at any time. Membership doesn't auto-renew by default — you choose when to renew — but you can optionally save a card and turn on auto-renewal so it continues automatically at the end of each term; you can turn that off again whenever you like from your billing page. You can also delete your account entirely from Account Settings whenever you want. Because task review, curriculum access, and community access are delivered continuously throughout your membership term, payments are non-refundable once a membership is activated, except where required by law. Read the cancellation policyWhat's the desktop agent ("IM Life Builder"), and is it safe to install?
It's an optional downloadable app, included with our top membership tier, that gives an AI agent real developer-tool access — reading and writing files, running commands — directly on your own computer, scoped to a project folder you choose. Every potentially risky action requires your explicit approval before it runs; nothing is automatic. It authenticates to your account through a device-pairing code (never your password), and usage is metered against that tier's monthly quota. We never see the files or commands themselves — only how much usage you've consumed.
Can I message other members directly, and are those messages private?
Any two active members can message each other directly from a member's profile or the mentor directory. Unlike community forum posts, direct messages are not private-unless-reported — every direct message is visible to our admin team at all times, for moderation purposes, without requiring anyone to report it first. Keep that in mind for anything you send. There's also an admin-approved mentor directory: apply from your dashboard, an admin reviews your application, and once approved any active member can message you directly with no further approval step.
How does investor visibility actually work — and what's your liability?
It's an opt-in visibility list, not a marketplace. Members choose whether to appear on it. Investors are a separate account type that our admin team manually reviews and approves before they can see anything, and the list only ever shows a member's track, skill level, tier, and tasks completed. An investor can request an introduction, which an admin reviews and, if approved, forwards contact details for manually, outside the app. We don't broker, negotiate, or take a fee on any resulting deal — any actual investment is a private matter between the two people involved, entirely outside the platform and outside our control or liability.

Two-factor authentication, rate-limited logins, and encrypted secrets protect your account. You can download a full copy of your own data, or delete your account entirely, at any time — deletion anonymizes your personal details rather than silently erasing your history. Card payments (including saved-card auto-renewal) are processed through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Cryptocurrency payments (BTC, LTC, USDT) are processed through Coinremitter; we never see or store your wallet's private keys. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
